Copyright is owned by Jeremy Marks Photography LLC at the time of creation. Ownership is not transferred through any of the following mediums:

Download or delivery of digital files
Access to online galleries or proofing systems
Viewing or sharing content on the Site
Unless expressly stated in a written licensing agreement, no ownership rights are transferred.
2. RIGHTS RESERVED

6. COMMERCIAL LICENSING
