All photographs, images, graphics, logos, text, and content on the Site are the exclusive property of Jeremy Marks Photography LLC and are protected by U.S. and international copyright laws. You may not: Download, screenshot, copy, reproduce, or use images without explicit written permission. Use any artwork for commercial purposes without a licensing agreement. Claim ownership or redistribute any content. Unauthorized use may result in legal action.

3. Purchases & Payment

By placing an order, you agree to provide accurate payment and shipping information. All payments are processed securely through third-party providers. We do not store full credit card information. Prices are subject to change at any time without notice

4. Shipping & Fulfillment

Products are produced and shipped through professional print partners. Estimated delivery times are provided for convenience but are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, supply chain issues, or circumstances beyond our control

5. Returns & Refunds

Because prints are produced on demand, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges. We will replace items if they arrive damaged or defective. Claims must be submitted within 7 days of delivery. Photos of the issue are required

6. User Accounts

If you create an account, You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login information. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access. We may suspend or terminate accounts at our discretion

7. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to: Attempt to access secure portions of the Site without authorization, Use bots, scrapers, or automated tools, or Upload malicious code, viruses, or harmful material. Abuse customer service or violate the rights of others

8. Third-Party Links

The Site may contain links to third-party websites.
We are not responsible for their content, privacy policies, or practices.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law: We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Site or products. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Site. Your use of the Site and products is at your own risk
